NGC 6960 - Witch's Broom Nebula

Part of The Veil Nebula, also known as the Cirrus Nebula, this complex is the remnant of a supernova explosion that occurred about 10,000 years ago.
It is located 1,400 light years away in the constellation of Cygnus. NGC 6960 (known as the Witch's Broom), is located NW of 52 Cygni.
