A Chicago to Sterling railfan excrusion running on the Chicago & Northwestern westward main behind Norfolk & Western steam locomotive #611.

It was a Sunday morning as I was travelling along Highway 25 and came upon a crowd of people slowing traffic on a bridge over the C&NW. Upon enquiry, I learned they were waiting for #611 to pass. I decided to join them and was eventually rewarded by this sight.
