This arch is just awesome to see...... It was used by the Indians for shelter in the winter.......After that it was used by the white man as a church called ( Rock House Church ).>>>.
It Is about 150/160 ft thru it and about 40 ft to the ceiling also about 50ft wide ......It sits right beside the Cumberland River below the Wolf Creek Dam,
and downstream from the town of Creelsboro Ky. This shot is from across the river because it it very hard to get a full shot from the other side.....
Close Quarters....there is a granite stone close-by on the other side ...Carved in this granite
stone is a warning to be sure to watch out for snakes... I've been there several times and have not seen any.....but they may still be there........
