Good cropping and differential focus to emphasise the eyes. The LHS of the image is well exposed, but there are areas which appear too bright on her left cheek,

and especially the neck area, where it is next to her chin. Her hair looks a lovely colour, so I wonder whether it might have helped to include some of it.
