Good shot of the bird. Since you have shown its reflection, it would have improved the shot if there weren’t a couple of stems etc obscuring it.

To get really good shots, we need to be conscious of the entire image, not just the main subject. f/20 has given you a large depth of field,

which is less desirable given all the distracting stems and leaves
