Meet my new bird buddy! This year I have been able to get one of my backyard Blue Jays to land on me and take peanuts from my hand. I have never had this happen before. Video below...
I think this is real cool. Bluejays are not known to come this close to people. You can see how it is still somewhat skittish....not quite gray jay like yet.
