I stopped at Mud Lake (shown here is a view of the Ottawa River) this day to spend a few minutes feeding the tame chickadees, nuthatches and ducks. I only found three chickadees, no ducks, woodpeckers or anything else, and those three chickadees were not at all interested in me, so my plan was a bust! But the sun and blue skies were a nice break from the non-stop overcast we have had since September 2010, so with no birds around I instead looked around for a landscape shot. This is it!
