High Speed Hover Craft. ;)
I am going to try the Action Challenge and see if I can come up with ideas and take good pictures. The good pictures part is not off to a good start. I should have picked something other than the car to focus.

Way to go to start experimenting! And yes, it looks like a hovercraft.

These challenges are a great opportunity to experiment and learn...you captured some action here and that's what it's all about! - Racine

Very nice capture of trailing red lights! Action at its speediest!

Great job Bill , nice speed sensation! The important thing is to try a hundred times until you get what you want..

A really good start.
You focus on what you want, if you don't try you'll never know what works (for you) and what doesn't.

I agree, and it makes an interesting image.

A good start. At least you had a go. I havn't got any yet :-(

it's not a bad shot.. you can have fun trying new things.. pan along with the car and find your speed, it's really fun to do!

I like this too. Could have been just a little less movement, or maybe slow in the dark so we see the light trails! Nice work!

Yeah, what they said.

I'm with Dennis on this, the point is you are out and shooting and trying new techniques.. Images can be judged on any number of standards and they don't all have to be wall-hangers. Moving cars make great action abstracts, and in the right editorial context this image may be considered a hit... great job...

It's action...that is what it's all about. Practice makes a lot of mistakes...and a few masterpieces.
