It always amazes me what can be seen if you look closely into the hedgerow. I saw the brilliant green of the new holly growth long before I saw the strands of barbed wire from a previous attempt at fencing...

Man is that familiar. We have trees all over my parents land with barbed wire protruding from the trunks, some still part of a fence and some cut like this.
