I just shipped a 70-200 to canon for repair. I hope they can save it, I would hate to have to look
at it on my desk like this. Shame it couldn't be saved, such a beautiful lens this was.

A sad and undignified end for a proud lens...

LOL I saw a similar thing at Canon Melbourne where they used the back half of a 70-200 f/2.8 lens for their pen holder :D
