The buildings in the foreground are for loading railcars. You can see railcars on the left side ready to be moved into the buildings.
The silos on the left side in the background belong to the Polyethylene Plant. The PE plant is behind the silos.
The green and white striped building in the center is the Polypropylene Line 1&2 building with it's silos just to the right.
The right side striped building is line 3 with it's silos to the right.
Since the picture was taken a PP4 building was built to the right of Line 3. The tall water tower was taken down.
