Panagbenga is the annual festival of flowers held in the City of Baguio during the second or third week of February. The literal translation of the word "Panagbenga" means "The blooming of flowers". Activities seen in the city during this time usually consist of float parades, landscaping displays, street dancing comptetitions etc.

This is my third oppurtunity to witness these events and the only time I would be taking pictures. Luckily I'm a resident of Baguio City. Pictures taken in order of the weeks schedule.
