Hey,Mr Brown.Enjoyed your site,especially the atomic cannon. I was in the 82d Howitzer btn. and on the same base with the atomics we had the M55 8" self propelled howitzer. People dnn't believe me when I tell them about it. I built a plastic model of one many moons ago and haven't been able to find one since. Any ideas? I am retired from the USAF, but spent 9 years in the Army. I have quite a few models of planes,trains,cars and track types, so a lead would be appreciated.Have a blessed day,Sir

So much enjoyed viewing your excellent photographs Mr.Brown. I've heard much about Aberdeen over the years, haven't had a chance to get there yet but it's on my list. I wasn't aware that so much of the ww2 german stuff was still extant. Hope to see it with my own eyes when I can. I was particulary surprised to see the M-65 atomic cannon, as well as the Leopold railroad gun. About a million years ago when I was a kid a got an M-65 toy cannon for christmas because an older kid across the street had a Renwallplastic model kit of it. If you know through your associations anyone who has one of those old kits hanging around in the closet, I'd be interested to know.Might give them 10 or 15 bucks for it. haha.- A question. Do you possess a photograph in your collection of the Ontos?-Self-propelled tracked vehicle, mounted with 6 105mm recoilless rifles, employed by the USMC. I saw a lot of busted ones here and there in the central highlands of SEA, just wondered if any of them are still around. Would appreciate your imput on that. From here I'll be trying to nose around in your site for awhile. Thanks for your time reading this, and my congrats to you on such fine pictures. It's a great hobby isn't it?
