Sri Lanka Swallow (Hirundo hyperythra)

Still not widely accepted as a valid species many authorities regard this as a subspecies of Red-rumped Swallow (Hirundo daurica hyperythra).
This swallow is common throughout Sri Lanka being absent only from the high tops and rain forest.
