The large size & abrupt drop-off to the tail-end are typical of Scaup but the vermiculations are dark & neither clean nor clear as would be expected in a pure-bred Greater Scaup. Again the peaked crown is also apparent -normally a Lesser Scaup feature but also typical of Gt Scaup x Tuftie hybrids.
