The Bald River drops over 100 feet before entering the Tellico River. As you drive up the Tellico you can't miss Bald River Falls. It is on the right just before you get to Baby Falls. Belive it or not but part of this drop is runable PART OF IT! I don't belive anyone has run it from the top is still alive. There is a cave/eddy on the right 2/3 of the way down. It is possible to hike up to this cave and run a 25 foot lower section. Be careful putting in because the rocks are slick and it is hard to see with all the mist. As you leave the eddy and go off the drop the rest of the waterfall will engulf you so hold on.
