I do agree, here is a picture you can't stop looking at. Don't know what your intention was, but here is what I feel about it.
It makes me wonder... the women looks familiar and her eyes are questioning me, maybe on the state of the ground, maybe on something else as it's just an image, a representation of a consequence of something terrible; her look is definitly both sad and interrogating, even accusating me, or my actions, as if I did this myself to the earth, or to something else.
All right I'm crazy but you got the point, that's what I love about pictures, you take a picture of your wife on a trip, and a stranger sees other things.
Love it, keep going, and don't throw your FE2 away !
