Here a Brumby is an Aboriginal name for a wild horse. A very famous poet, A.B. Patterson ~ Banjo ~ wrote not only the words to Waltzing Matilda but many poems...here is one of them...about the Brumbies <http://www.uq.edu.au/~mlwham/banjo/brumbys_run.html
