Along the very long hike that David just cruised thru to get
to the Lost Horse Mine, I took one of many needed rests & was
blessed to see this one & only purpod flower amoungst the dried
ones that had already seen their best days...

I was rather winded & it was rather windy (which I was very
appreciative for while dying on the hike) but I was grateful that
two of the many shots I took came out; and here's the one you get.

Altho the hike was a bit much for the end of the day, it was worth
it as we did get to see the mine, amoung other great scenes, and I
did get this one and only purpod bloom along the Lost Horse Trail ~
