Sarra had to snap this shot, as she could nto believe how much batter we had
after making a double batch of zucchini bread. We actually had to mix our dry
ingredients with the wet in this large spaghetti pot since we did not have any
bowls big enough for all of it. She put the quarter on the spoon just to show
the enormity of the whole thing... sprinkled with chunky raw sugar on top &
baked to yummmy perfection ~ I do make the bestest zucchini bread, if I don't
say so myself. Unfortunately, we did not take a pic of the breads after baking...
