The oft-photographed Havasu Falls. It was just as beautiful in person as the pictures I had seen. It was also the perfect swimming hole with a large pool and plenty of places to sit around the water. The main drawback was the hordes and hordes of people. We ended up spending nearly six hours here on our first day (because it was beautiful and great for swimming, but also to avoid spending any time at all in the campground). The crowds dwindled down to nearly nothing in the late afternoon/early evening, so we did have a chance to have some solitude here and take some pictures.
