Not sure I like this one, but I think it manages to capture the stark feeling of a long winter....

I like the boldness of the strong contrast. After this winter, I think many of us feel just as ragged as those petals!

I agree with you about it being stark.Good eye, The B/W treatment gives it a moody feel, love the show of texture!

Great texture and light and works well in b/w. I think it captures the end of winter nicely.
