Snow clearing

Snow cannot just be pushed to the side of the street, so it is cleared with very large snow blowers. The whole process is very organized, with lines of huge dumptrucks following the snow blower. They used to just dump the snow in the river but it was adding too much pollution, so now they leave it in huge piles to melt. Last year, which was a light year for snow, the pile lasted until July before it finally finished melting.

I can relate! I was born and lived in Montreal for 20 years! ;-)

I really like this photograph, especially how the viewer can see the line of trucks going back. My only suggestion would be to look into cropping some off of the right to make it less centered. Try to see what a crop near the 2/3-line would do on the right side.
