Redwoods in Muir Woods National Monument, near San Francisco. Apparently, these are all "one" tree: the same root system sends up multiple trunks, resulting in these circles of trunks called "cathedrals."
I've been trying for a shot like this for a long time: apparently I wasn't using trees that were tall enough!
