Outside the Bell Centre, where the Canadiens play, they have set up some bronze statues of some of the Habs greats -- like Guy Lafleur. When I was growing up, he was my favorite player. I can still remember seeing him score when the only part of him within 3 feet of the ice was his stick: he had had his legs pulled out from under him, and he was basically flying across the goal, but still managed to put the puck in the net.
