Thanks for all the good wishes for Dad's gastric upset to get better - he says he feels fine now.
Well, it's been a strange couple of days. Yesterday it rained heavily all day - it just didn't
stop! We were splashing through puddles in the road on our walkies and got very wet.
Today the skies cleared so we set off on our favourite long walky. Something strange had happened
to the pathways. All the ones on a slope had water running down them and had rocks and earth
gouged out of them by the force of yesterday's flow. Then we found this peculiar stream of fast-
flowing water in the field. I'd swear that there was NO stream here at all when we came here last
week! It's very strange. But the water smells all right and is very usefully positioned for a long drink and cooling the old paws!
