Dad decided to take me to Morecambe today. Apparently this lump of black metal Dad's standing next to has something to do with some famous human or other but I can't see it myself. Dad says it's called a statue and it's supposed to represent a famously funny human called Eric Morecambe. Really I was more interested in the bacon butty stand across the road. I did briefly consider making my mark on the statue but neither Dad nor the passers-by thought that was a good idea, so I lost interest!
