Another rabbit expedition to some old ruins, friends! This time we went to Monk Bretton Priory.
It was quite a contrast to yesterday's visit to Byland Abbey I can tell you. For one thing, it wasn't raining!
Apparently the Priory is famous for having an intact drainage system. I wanted to explore down the drainage channels but Dad didn't think it was a good idea.
Isn't he a spoil sport?

Dad: Pooch was very eager to explore the medieval sewerage system but I didn't think it advisable to let him! ;-)
