I've had an exciting day today! We got up before sunrise and when I saw Dad and Mum loading up the car
with their rucksacks I knew we were off somewhere good! Sure enough, a couple of hours later we arrived
in the North York Moors and had a beautiful long walky in the countryside!
There were big clumps of daffodils everywhere, but I was not allowed to stick my face in them and rummage like I wanted.
Because we were early, there were so many overnight scents of pheasant and partridge to explore that I was kept very busy.
In fact, Dad had a tough job getting me to stand still for long enough for photography!
I couldn't help it, friends - I was just so excited, I didn't know which scent to follow first!
Do you think Dad will understand?
