Beachwear billboards echo the local lifestyle as they beckon to shoppers along Mission Boulevard. I layer the image with the bark and branches of a Eucalyptus tree, shadowing the billboard, and adding a sense of place to the image.

Glad you see here what I felt as I made this image, Rose. The contrasts between bark and skin, and the shadowy leafy "hats" made the scene an incongruous one.

I love the contrast between the rough tree bark and the smooth (retouched?) skin of the models. Their "hats" are fabulous, made of leaves and shadows of leaves.
