Gynandromorph 2 (Prosopocoilus bison cinctus)

A rare gynandromorph of the stag beetle Prosopocoilus bison cinctus, from Kei Island, Indonesia.
This remarkable individual is largely female, with some male characteristics, including a longer left foreleg and left antenna, and an elongated, unpunctuated left side of the head. In addition, both jaws are asymmetric and abnormal in shape, being quite unlike those found in either sex, and are therefore probably a "mix" of the two.

Top to bottom, the actual length of the field of view of this photograph is 46mm.
