excellent pictures! I think the wintergreen is Pyrola unifolia? Also present in northern Manitoba. Thanks for the trip.

Great gallery.
But the Alpine Saxifrage picture actually dosn't show any Alpine Saxifrage.
The whitish, stalked inflorescences are Scottish Asphodel (Tofieldia pusilla).
The crowberry-like leaves are Mountain-heath (Phyllodoce coerulea).
The round leaves beneath the Scottish Asphodels are Herb-like Willow (Salix herbacea).
Nice picture, anyway...
