UV: Yes (18 Watt)
Filter: 2 Eheim canister filter

Objective: LME (Lower Maintenance Expenses) means that we try to keep this tank with low engergy and low maintenance as possible. Easy equipment and easy to handle, thats the challenge. And the most important: Reproducibility for everybody.

Hai Nice tank, and I like the tank's goal(LME). I have only one doubt - The thickness of the glass which you use for the tank(In mm). Can you please tell me that ? and how many brace ?

First step: Cut the whole plant before you plant them.

wonderful setup (as usual).
A few questions:
1. What is the fertilizing regime?
2. What is the water changing regime?
3. How do you keep the crypt's from spreding all over?
4. What kind of crypt's did you use (from tall to short)?

1. No fertilizer. The nutrient from the Fishes (Food) are enough for this system.
2. Every week about 30%
3. Cut the layers if you see some and very important dont plant them to near at the panes.
4. Different Crypt. wendtii (Green, Brown, Tropica) and Crypt. beckettii petchii. The one in the middle are the same like left and right, the only my trick how I can keep them small.

kannst du vielleicht verraten ob für die Größe unterm Kies noch Nährboden genutzt wird ?
Und was für Kies wurde hier benutzt ? Weil du ja auch Garnelen eingesetzt hast?

Unter dem Kies habe ich Tropica AquaCare Substrat eingebracht unm eine Nährstoff Grundversorgung sicherzustellen. Insbesondere für die Cryptocorynen.

Kies ist von Dennerle Schwarz. (normale Körnung)
