We got some much needed rain today. Unfortunately is poured VERY heavy for about 10 minutes. Around 3:30 PM DST, the thunder that had been rumbling let loose and we got drenched with about 1/4 inch of rain in a short time. The temperature dropped from 80 degrees F to 62, we had wind gusts to 45 mph and we also got penny sized hail along with the rain and wind.

This is the view out my side door and that isn't fog - just heavy rain and it came down so fast and hard that the gutters couldn't keep up with it and everything was overflowing. My flowers took a beating but only 1 Tulip was broken so that wasn't as bad as it could have been. Many blossoms were blown off the trees and the street and lawns were covered with them.
