The Book

Last year I decided to read about George Eastman so in Nov I went to the library and took out this book. I will admit that I am not a prolific reader so needless to say I've renewed this book many times since then. The book is not easy reading in my mind - more like reading a technical manual. However I will finish it. It's next due date is Jan 23rd and I have only 261 more pages to read. That's like 15 pages a day... I can do that... maybe?

PS I DID finish the book on Jan 22nd :-)

As I read this book I can't help thinking how much things have changed from George's time. I really do believe George would be happy with the digital age of photography. He was a forward thinking guy.

Once I finish the two books I just bought, maybe I'll check that one out.

My dad made many a trip to Rochester N.Y. to the Eastman Kodak Company in the 60's and 70's. He always had fun....I bet there is some good reading in that book. Well done Patti I hope you finish it...Mike
