20130119 - Chilly

It looks a bit too 'busy' for me, but as I'd waded out into the middle of a freezing cold river and perched on wobbly rocks to take the pic I thought I'd better use it :o) No tripod either, it's amazing it's not all wobbly to match the rocks!

Well done Phil you got the shot and it's very good.
Hope you wore the waders for this and not slippers.
It really is great results with hand held at 20th second I would of been shaking with cold.

I trust you had a safety net. It's impressive to have such contrasting water in the same shot - gushing and completely stationary.

What you endure for your pics! Very well worth it.
I always like a tripod in a stream as a psueod walking stick.
