After depressing myself with piccies of dark housebound stuff for the last couple of days, I thought I'd sneak out early, get my hair cut and go home the scenic route.
But on the way home I saw the sun and a HUGE wodge of cloud (wodge=technical term ;-)) - and the two kept getting closer and closer. Found somewhere to stop about 5 minutes before the collision, so, err, this is it! Ah well, at least it's not a macro of a spoon :)

Tried correcting the perspective on this, not sure if it looks right or not. I'm wondering if my next prezzie might be one of Canon's TS lenses...... you can get some really good effects with them other than just correcting perspective :)

This is St. Mary's church in Thornton Watlass. Strange, but loads the churches around here seem to be called St. Mary's...
