it's not really a "viewing deck", its actually a bunch of wooden planks on top of engineered trusses and concrete poured over steel reinforcements... ok, yeah, it IS a viewing deck of sorts... hehehe i AM serious, you'd really get the same view as your shot, except it's a bit farther though. hell, i was there when Air Force One (and its decoy) landed in manila, and the A380 behemoth... good view. would love to show it to you sometime.

i was thinking where you got this shot. coz this is the exact same view i have when i go up the viewing deck / tambayan that my cousins set up in the back of our house. either i didnt see you walking through our front gate, or you were inside a taxiing plane that had just landed. hehehe
