The smaller abdomen may suggest this is a male but it really needs a good enlarged shot of the head area to be certain. Initially, I'm tempted to agree with Dang on this one and possibly think about a member of the Meta family. But if it was in the same area as the previous Garden Spiders I wonder if it is just a male of that species. Needs some different angles to be certain.

The legs appear to be some sort of orb weaver, but the body sure is thin. Looks it has eyes on it's belly too... isn't that something.
