YOu know, i think you have the makings of a christmas book here. Seriously. You need to travel around the country with John's santa and you need to photograph him as all the big christmas tourist spots (rockefeller plaza christmas tree, etc.). He can be like the anti-santa and you can build a whole story around how he changes the lives of everyone he meets. Can I be your agent?
