Details of the south side of the Arch of Constantine
Due to the need to complete in record time, most of the decorations were taken from earlier monuments.
On the top are rectangular reliefs taken from monuments of Emperor Marcus Aurelius showing him speaking to troops & sacrificing.
On the bottom are circular reliefs taken from monuments of Emperor Hadrian showing him hunting bear and sacrificing to Diana.
