Curry chicken baked inside this huge bread at the Restoran East Of Highway, somewhere between Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur
Our waitress cut it open with a pair of scissors, revealing curry chicken wrapped in aluminum foil. The bread is soft, spongy and slightly sweet. Its texture is similar to Vietnamese baguette but without the crispy crust.
