Paul visited Thailand and saw Spoon-billed Sandpiper with me.
He also donated his telescope and tripod as I needed it for my birding activities with orphanages at that time.
A few years later I was able to visit Paul in England with my wife and 2 of the kids. Paul warmly took care of us and has remained a friend till now.
