I visited some wetlands mid day. I thought to myself: 'no need to bring the camera, but if I leave it in the car something good will show up for sure'.....so I left it in the car and walked off. 200m down the trail this bird suddenly flew straight at me.....this never happens as the birds are rather shy and mainly show at dawn and dusk.....I ran back to the car and , yes, the bird was still there.
I fired away only to soon realize my settings had been bumped. (darn, all those nice full frame images gone).....I was left with this image........
