Rho-Ophiuchus 200

I have two cameras mounted on the G11 mount. This is with the Pentax 200 lens providing a much larger field of view over the previous image.

I did capture the brief flash of an Iridium satellite located in the lower left corner. Also a satellite travelled through the centre of the image - the long red line starting at the top of the frame. The globular cluster know as M4 is located just below Antares. Dark nebula streamers hiding star fields with interstellar dust top of frame.

Pentax 67 ,Pentax smc 200mm f/4 ,Kodak Ektachrome E200
f/6.8 - 90 minute exposure - UV filter. Auto guided. full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

A very nice wide angle shot on this target. Your images have inspired me to return to film. We should not abandon this format.
