Monsoon Tortoise

Tucson, AZ

I found this Desert Tortoise while out looking for a
spot to photograph an early evening thunderstorm. No
luck on the lightning on this evening but I was very
happy to come across this fellow. Not a common sight.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II ,Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM
hand held, just holding the
camera on the ground and hoping
to catch something in focus. full exif
