Yeah, I noticed the three stationary lights a number of months after I took the photo (I wasn't being very observant when I did my post-processing and ended up missing them). I'm not sure what to make of them but I think the explanation might be rather simple. It's possible that the three lights are an artifact of the camera\lens. I think they may be a camera internal reflection of the three bright lights located around the Red Hat hangars. In other words the three bright lights located in the bottom right of the image are re-manifesting themselves as three lights in the upper left of the image.
