It was the prospect of spending a bit of time at this tank in particular that persuaded
me that I had to get to Monterey. And it was worth the effort. The backdrop is coloured
blue (hence the colour of the water) and lit from above, and the jellyfish look gorgeous.

Very interesting image. The jellyfish are highlighted as the stars of the show with the figures in silhouette, but then the woman draws attention to herself by the light of her cellphone. This photo wouldn't be possible a few years ago--before photo-taking cell phones. V

WOW! Truly gorgeous deep blue water and lines too. Beautifully framed. Love the contrast and the light on the jellyfish and the curious human silhouettes. You even got a shooter! Voted.
