Following the suggestion of our guide book, we wandered up the hill behind Nanzen-ji.
And apart from the things we were actually looking for, we also found a lot of spiders.
I've been scared of spiders since I was a kid, but I can still appreciate their
warning colours and the sunlight glancing off a web.

Same for me! I can't control that fear of spiders since my childhood but, like you, i can also appreciate beauty...in so many ways when we make time to see...
