It was for this picture (and some variations) that I ventured out into the lunchtime heat yesterday: I wanted to get it before it's finished and boring! I have been watching its slow progress from time to time from the airconditioned comfort of the IFC Mall, but the angle I wanted required me to step outside (and stay outside for long enough for the camera to warm up).
